WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:

We will replace any clones that are not viable upon arrival up to 24 hours after the package has been marked delivered by the postal service. Send us an email with a couple unpacking pics and we will get replacements on the way.

Should the package not reach its destination and be determined lost by the carrier we will replace those orders as well.

Refunds are at our discretion and only after a replacement has failed and nothing else can be successfully arranged.

Recommendations for success after transplanting your new arrival:
1. Make your first feed after transplant fresh water only. Begin your nutrient regimen at the next feeding interval.
2. Allow 10-12 days after transplanting before beginning IPM management protocols.
3. Turn light intensity down to a medium setting and graduate the intensity over the first 5 days to your normal setting. This will allow the clone proper time to adjust to your lighting fixture and intensity. If there is no adjustment ability then this can be achieved by raising the light height between the top of the canopy and the bottom of the light. Then lower the light gradually towards the top of the canopy daily for the same period of time.
