Everything offered here is rooted, healthy, and ready to take off. Clones are established in 3" pots using BioAll soil and shipped well-rooted and ready to transplant. Whether you’re running a small tent or a full facility, you’re getting clones from people who actually grow and work with the genetics themselves — not random resold cuts getting passed vendor to vendor with no real history, testing, or firsthand knowledge behind them.

Testing & Plant Health

At In The Sticks Garden, plant health and clean genetics are a major priority. We use MyFloraDNA testing services to help verify the health of our mother stock and clones before they make it into customers’ gardens.

We currently use the HLV Shield™ panel — a 3-in-1 molecular diagnostic test designed specifically for can-nabis cultivation. This qPCR-based assay screens for some of the most damaging and commonly overlooked pathogens found in production, including:

Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) — linked to reduced vigor, lower yields, and decreased terpene and cannabinoid production. HLVd can spread without visible symptoms, making routine testing critical.
Fusarium species — a broad group of fungal pathogens associated with vascular wilt, root rot, and overall plant decline. This panel screens for over 100 Fusarium species.
Pythium myriotylum — an aggressive root pathogen known for damping-off and rapid root failure.

Testing allows us to monitor mother plants, helping to reduce the risk of spreading hidden pathogens. We believe in transparency and taking preventative steps instead of guessing on plant health.

Many vendors claim they test — we actually test our stock and publicly post up-to-date results in every listing. We get messages all the time from growers who lost entire rooms or full runs from infected clones that were never properly tested. If you’re buying clones anywhere, demand to see actual current test results. We also strongly recommend doing your own incoming testing and quarantine procedures anytime bringing new plants into your garden.

Plant Health Protocols

Clean plants start with clean habits. At In The Sticks Garden, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is part of the routine — not something only done after problems appear.

Our IPM program includes:

Routine preventative treatments using products such as Lost Coast Plant Therapy
Regular scouting and inspection of mother plants, clones, and veg rooms
Removal and isolation of any questionable or stressed plants
Strict sanitation practices between rooms, tools, trays, and handling areas -Controlled environmental conditions to reduce pathogen and pest pressure
Air filtration and room sanitation using AiroClean420 systems
Ongoing pathogen screening and testing through MyFloraDNA

No grow is completely risk-free, which is why prevention, cleanliness, testing, and consistency matter. We also strongly recommend customers quarantine and inspect any incoming plants before introducing them into their main garden.
