This is a true Top Dawg Chem/Sour era relic, back from when JJ was still actively releasing BX Sour Diesel lines with real Chem Sister S1 mothers in rotation before sourcing those cuts became almost impossible. Sour Garlic hits the classic lane perfectly: sharp chem funk, deep fermented diesel, and that savory, almost onion/garlic back-end that only real Chem Sister throws when she’s authentic. Modern “garlic” crosses try to mimic this … this is the original lane.
Chem Sister S1 × true Sour BX is no longer in rotation, and JJ hasn’t re-made this combo in years.
This pack comes from the NYC era before branding changed, meaning older, smaller-batch breeder stock … not reseller or reprint.
