Durban has been moving through the underground for decades. Real Durban carries that unmistakable sharp edge—spicy, herbal, almost electric in the nose. It’s the kind of smoke that wakes up the room. Putting these lines together was like lighting two fuses at the same time.
In the garden the plants usually lean tall and athletic. They stretch, reach for the lights, and develop long spears of flower rather than tight little golf balls. Later the Jack influence pushes forward with bright pine and haze notes while the Durban and Thai bring that sharp peppery edge and a faint sweet citrus lift underneath. It’s one of those aromas that feels clean but aggressive at the same time.
When it’s dried and cured the smoke has a sharp, lively flavor. Pine, pepper, herbs, and a little citrus brightness. Nothing heavy, nothing syrupy. Just crisp, energetic smoke that lets you know right away this isn’t a couch strain.
The high follows the same path. It hits the head quickly with a clear, rising buzz that feels almost like turning the lights on inside your brain.
