One of our most loved strains from an original Serious Seeds AK47 pack purchased prior to ‘09, produced a female and a male out of a hand full of packs we pheno hunted. The female is that picture perfect old school AK47.
With that pre 09 AK in the stables we took our stud of studs Tampa Crippie IX male and pollinated the pre 09 AK. We pheno hunted dozens and all of them were so similar except this one pheno. This pheno grows a single main cola that’s twice as large as the even canopy of multiple colas underneath it. It’s a little larger than a 2 liter bottle taller and fills in heavily.
Leaving this single cola is best. It does not block out any light going to the 10-16 colas beneath it, which form an even bushy canopy. The structure grows like an AK that allows that main cola to grow much taller. She’ll get a deep rich color and a very good yield!
It’s best not to top her, as we’ve done so and it took a lot away from the yield. It’s best to leave it, just clean up the bottoms and it’ll be a rockstar plant!
It’s an absolutely stellar structure, flower formation, big thick flowers that are covered like old school AK with a Tampa Crippie flare. Pinecone shaped, rock hard and resin encrusted flowers. She has an uplifting cerebral feeling, I’m the clouds, somewhat of a confused state at first but is still functional. It can in some people cause then to get racy and jittery but that’s more on the persons personality than the plant. The earlier you harvest, yea the more racy she will seem.
It’s an earthy, lime hash and a fuely floral tone to it with a skunky overall tone with the earthy. It’s got a crisp, cleanness the whole way through the flavor. Almost a distillate type cleanness.
The best way to describe this strain, pardon the references, but it’s like if you had some adderall, klonopin and drank a margarita. That’s the kind of effect this strain has. While producing large yields of some very terps flowers.
