Description:
This is a breed we created in 2008/09 with the goal of creating the most resinous. Most skunky strain we could with the Green Crack Cush cut stability as the base because it also kept her from getting obscenely large like our 79 FL skunk and 81 FL Skunk. So she’ll stay a normal size and have a shorter flowering time. She brings all of the traits of the old school skunk while keeping it manageable size as at the time people still weren’t growing the large long flowering sativas as they are 15 years later.
The plant is easy to grow and the most outstanding trait everyone loves is the trichs actually stretch the entire length of the fan leaves. There’s not a spot on this plant that isn’t drenched in trichs. She has a profound rotten carcass smell that has a sulphur tone and a shark citric acid to her. Not a lemon, it a lime, not distinguishable fruit at all, a citrus acid tone. She’s not fruity, it’s a sharp citric acid tone almost like a citric acid powder or vitamin C powder. No distinguishable fruit at all.
She flowers rather quickly for the breed, she has all the skunk traits, she will get single fingered leaves as she finishes. She’s probably one of the best total washers as we’ve been told by our partners with processing licenses. No need to trim. The fan leaves are actually and literally coated to tip with trichs so the processor licensed guys want the whole plant. They proclaim it’s not worth the hassle to trim and wash trim and flower separately because it’s so caked in trichs.
Periodically we’ve brought this strain back when people specifically ask for her. So we’re obliging and releasing more of her.
Please take note that the trichs to the tips of the fan leaves is dialed in grows. It depends on the grower to make sure she’s dialed in. She will run in ebb&flow, drip to waste, recirculating drip, undercurrent and hand watering all the same but you will see noticeably better results if you stay on top of her growth and make sure she’s dialed in. Done correctly, you will get that rotten cascade, skunk spray/sulphur and a sharp acrid acidic tone with a little ammonia back end to round out the monster that is swamp skunk.
She’s relatively easy to care for. You don’t have to change anything for her specifically. She will perform. If you’re TLO or super soil, please remember your mixture and your late flowering top dressing is going to be key for that intense resin and trich production. Normal temps, normal water temp, normal pH, normal PPM. Again, super soil and TLO please remember your mixture and your top dressing or teas are going to be how you push her to her max output.
