80's OG
This is a selection from Johnny Que of Stanky Dank Genetics. He was in the scene in Cali in the 70s and became known for making the LA Affie. He saved seeds in the 1980s of some first-generation OG kush varieties imported from the Hindu Kush mountains in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He popped these seeds in the 2000s and has been working them for 8 generations, slowly making selections, backcrossing and inbreeding. He has selected for OG kush characteristics such as spiraling tight nug structure, minimal leaf to calyx ratio, burnt rubber/gas nose, and knockout high. This is the latest selection in his 80s OG breeding project, selected by him in 2022-23. It is vigorous, high-yielding, and is a powerhouse of a strain with an ultra-rare old-school terpene profile.
Grows very vertical/high stretch.
10 week flowering.
Tested HLPV free July 2024.
